New Muslims Program Part I
This is our prized and core program for new Muslims just entering the faith and non-Muslims who are interested in learning more details about Islamic beliefs and practices. Learn the essentials of belief, practice, spirituality, and character in Islam. Questions and discussions are encouraged throughout the class and students can feel comfortable asking any questions they need. This is Part I of II. Part II will be offered the following semester and students are highly encouraged to take both parts. This class is only for non-Muslims interested in learning more about Islam and converts/new Muslims.
Instructor and Timing
Class will be instructed by Ustadh Tariq Ameer and will be held on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm EST weekly from June 12 to July 10. Please note that due to the July 4th weekend class will not be held on July 3rd.
Each session will be recorded. As such, for those who are tardy or absent, links to access the recordings will be sent via email.
Financial aid and payment plan options are also provided. Please note that, if approved, financial aid will cover the entire cost of the class and can only be applied towards only one class per semester per student. With a payment plan, the registration fee will be broken down into installments to be paid on different dates to ease the financial burden on the student.
- If you wish to apply for either, please select either option, “Financial Aid” or “Payment Plan”, best fitting your situation and complete the registration process.
- Once complete, our registration team will contact you via email for the next steps.
